Section Explanation

 1 ご使用番号

This is your Account Number. Use it in Inquiries for a faster response.

 2 電気供給地点特定番号

[Gas meter location identification number]
This is a number assigned to each place of use to identify where gas is used.
[Electricity meter location identification number]
This is a nationally uniform 22-digit number used to identify where electricity is used, assigned in accordance with full deregulation of the retail electricity market. If you have more than two electricity contracts, one of the contract numbers will be displayed.

 3 請求予定金額（総計）

The Billing Amount for the stated Usage Period. There is a breakdown of Total Billing Amount, Gas Fee, Electricity Fee, Gas Usage, Electricity Usage, Other Fees.

*Some descriptions may differ in the case of customers utilizing automatic meter reading or pro-rated calculation, or by contract type.

 4 お支払方法

Your Payment Method. If you use Account transfer payment, the scheduled withdrawal date is stated. If you use a Credit Card, クレジット払い will be stated. If you pay with the payment slip, 払込み will be stated.

 5 ご契約内容

Your Contract Type. If you have “the Gas Toku Plan”, the amount saved is displayed. If there are multiple electric contracts, one contract type is stated.

 6 ガスのご契約情報

It contains the same information as the gas meter reading slip.

 7 電気のご契約情報

[Electricity charges]
Electricity charges are calculated according to a pre-determined formula based on the amount of electricity used, which is provided by the power transmission and distribution company.
Adjustment for fuel charges: Amount due for the current month under the fuel cost adjustment system
Renewable energy generation promotion charge: Amount due for the current month under the Renewable Energy Feed-in Tariff Program
[Usage period]
This shows the period of time and the number of days of the electricity consumption.
Generally, the usage period is from the day of the previous meter reading to the day before the current meter reading (the usage period for electricity provided by the power transmission and distribution company).
[Usage amount and meter reading indicator number]
This shows the consumption of electricity provided by the power transmission and distribution company and the previous and current electricity meter readings. (Electricity usage is calculated by rounding the difference between the current and previous meter readings.)
If the electricity meter has a multiplying factor, the electricity consumption is calculated by multiplying the subtracted number by the multiplying factor.

 8 その他の請求金額

Other Charges. This box will show the Monthly Service Fee, Equipment Extended Warranty Fee, Interest on Arrears of Gas Fee, Electric Fee, Safety Equipment, Etc.

*Even if your contract is only for an alarm lease, it will appear on your statement as an alarm and fire extinguisher lease.
The same applies to “Raku-Toku Warranty Service/Sumikata” services and “Miru Pico, Kuru Pico, Lululu, Type B” services.
For the above three items, the number of contracts and the total amount will be stated.
If the contract is for a single alarm unit lease, it will be stated as “1” as shown on the left.
(The amount varies depending on the service plan in your contract.)

 9 口座振替済領収証

This section only shows for Accounts with Account transfer payment. It shows the previous month’s receipt, For Credit Card Payments, we will not mail a payment slip.

10ガスおよび電気の検針日（今回・次回）

This box indicates the dates of the latest and next gas/electricity meter reading.

11消費税別合計

It shows the sum of the billing amount and the tax amount for each consumption tax rate. Depending on the contract, it is categorized and displayed as an “item subject to 8% consumption tax,” an “item subject to 10% consumption tax” or an “item not subject to consumption tax.”

*An invoice that does not specify consumption tax amount categorized by tax rate cannot be approved as a qualified invoice.

12登録番号

Osaka Gas’s registration number for the invoice system Osaka Gas’s registration number is T3120001077601. You can also check the registration number on the website of the National Tax Agency, where the registration numbers of qualified invoice issuers are published.

*An invoice that does not specify the registration numbers cannot be approved as a qualified invoice.
