Payment receipts will be sent to the Account Transfer and Credit Card Payment customers, and payment slips will be sent to the Cash Payment customers.

The Payment Receipt (meter reading slip) can be used as a qualified invoice.

This is your Account Number. Use it in inquiries for a faster response.

The Usage Period for your current bill. This also displays the number of days for the current Usage Period. As a general rule, the Usage Period will be from the day after the previous meter reading until the current meter reading date.

The Billing Amount for the stated Usage Period.
Partial notation may differ based on the type of agreement or meter reading method.
Fees may include:
Basic Fee / Metered Fee / Lease Fee / Monthly Service Fee / Extended Equipment Warranty Fee / Interest on Arrears / Previous Month's Carryover / Alarm Equipment If there are too many fees to list, it may be written as “Additional Charge (その他代金)."

*Even if your contract is only for an alarm lease, it will appear on your statement as an alarm and fire extinguisher lease. The same applies to “Raku-Toku Warranty Service/Sumikata” services and “Miru Pico, Kuru Pico, Lululu, Type B” services. For the above three items, the number of contracts and the total amount will be stated. If the contract is for a single alarm unit lease, it will be stated as “1” as shown on the left. (The amount varies depending on the service plan in your contract.)

The Amount of Gas Used for the Usage Period and Gas Meter Indicator at the time of the last meter reading.
In addition, the amount of gas used for the same period of previous year and a 30 Day Ratio are shown.

The applicable rate table for the current month based on gas usage is shown.

This section displays your Payment Method. If you use Account transfer payment, the scheduled withdrawal date is stated. If you use a Credit Card, クレジット払い will be stated. If you pay with the payment slip, 払込み will be stated.

This section is only for Accounts with Account transfer payment. It shows the previous month’s receipt, For Credit Card Payments, we will not mail a payment slip.

This section displays the current bill owed. It also displays the Payment Due Date and Late Payment Date. Interest will be added if not paid by the Late Payment Date shown.

Gas Meter Location Identification Number. This number is unique to your gas meter.

It shows the sum of the billing amount and the tax amount for each consumption tax rate. Depending on the contract, it is categorized and displayed as an “item subject to 8% consumption tax,” an “item subject to 10% consumption tax” or an “item not subject to consumption tax.”

*An invoice that does not specify consumption tax amount categorized by tax rate cannot be approved as a qualified invoice.

Osaka Gas’s registration number for the invoice system Osaka Gas’s registration number is T3120001077601. You can also check the registration number on the website of the National Tax Agency, where the registration numbers of qualified invoice issuers are published.

*An invoice that does not specify the registration numbers cannot be approved as a qualified invoice.
