You need to perform the daily maintenance and checks by yourself.

Beware of freezing during a cold night


If there is a remote control unit, set the operation switch to off.	To prevent the piping from freezing, open a hot water faucet to keep a little water flowing. For economy, use the water to fill the bathtub.	Do not disconnect the plug.

			For the safe use and daily maintenance of your gas appliances, it is important to read and understand the instruction manuals carefully.
			If you notice offensive odor, abnormal noise, excessive flame, or abnormal overheating of your gas appliance, immediately stop using the appliance and contact your dealer or Osaka Gas.
