Gas Safety Guide
Maintenance For easier and safer use of gas appliances

Do you maintain and check your gas appliances?
You need to perform the daily maintenance and checks by yourself.

Balanced-flue bath heater
Check to see if there is a gap between the wall and the flue. If there is a gap, toxic exhaust gas (carbon monoxide) will flow backward into the bathroom.
If you have problems with the water heater such as, delayed turn off after you stop showering, failure of a pilot burner, or abnormally hot water, etc., please contact your nearest Osaka Gas dealer or Osaka Gas office for inspection and repair. (charged services)

For the safe use and daily maintenance of your gas appliances, it is important to read and understand the instruction manuals carefully.
If you notice offensive odor, abnormal noise, excessive flame, or abnormal overheating of your gas appliance, immediately stop using the appliance and contact your dealer or Osaka Gas.
