Bath Safety Tips on Using the Bath

When you heat water in the tub...
Before turning on the gas, make sure that you have filled the bath with water.
Heating the bathtub without water not only damages the bath heater and the tub, but it may cause fire.
For automatic hot water filling-type water heater, set the water drain plug firmly in place.

caution When using a balanced-flue water heater (as shown in drawing)...
Be careful with the water temperature when using a shower. If you shower yourself without knowing that the temperature is set high, you may get burned by high temperature hot water.
