Outline

Our New Compact Hydrogen Production Unit(HYSERVE Series)is designed based on high-performance catalysts developed by Osaka Gas, and can generate pure hydrogen at low cost on-site.

  • HYSERVE SERIES received some honorable awards.
    • Engineering Commendation Award in 2004 by Engineering Advancement Association of Japan
    • Osaka Environmental Award in 2005 by Osaka Prefecture
    • Japan Gas Association Technology Award in 2006 by Japan Gas Association

 

Feature

  • Compact Packaged Design
    • Both Reformer system and PSA system are packaged in one unit. Its installation area is below 50% compared with our conventional one.
    • 1 skid mount packaged structure can make transportation and installation very easy.
    • Compact design can reduce heat loss and pressure drop.
  • Low Cost
    • Natural gas supplied at medium pressure(>0.1MPa) is available to reduce compression power significantly.
    • Effective use of PSA off-gas, depending on the operation condition, can reduce natural gas consumption rate.
    • Standardization of specifications contributes to reduce fabrication cost.
    • 1 skid mount packaged structure contributes to reduce installation time and cost at a customer site.
  • Easy Operation
    • Automatic operation by one button start and stop is available. Any certification and experts are not necessary to operate.
    • Most daily maintenance and check work are not necessary.
    • Load management between 40 to 100 % and hot standby operation are available.
    • Remote monitoring system and alarm notification system can help emergent support.
