The District Heating and Cooling (DHC) system pursues conservation of the energy and the spaces. The equipment of this system supplies cold water and hot water to the area where it is instituted. High reliabilities and price reduction is necessary pursued for the system. On the other hand, the Building Automation System (BAS) is the system which totally controls electrical supply, air-conditioning, and security, etc.
Composition
There are various kinds of control systems from the small-scale one to the large-scale one. We design the best system for the facilities. The systems can be operated from the remote places by using the public circuits. We save labor by these operations with the high reliabilities and low-cost.
The personal computer and the general-purpose control device (Programmable Logic Controller) has been getting higher in their performance, reliability and function in recent years. Some DHC facilities are installed this system composed of general-purpose control devices and a general-purpose supervisory software. That contributes to reduce the cost of installation and maintenance .
