Osaka Gas bade for Kansai Electric Co. in 1996. The contract term is 15-years from 2002 to 2016. The generating capacity is 150 MW. The plant consists of 145 MW gas turbine combined cycle and 5 MW gas pressure recovery. The heat efficiency is 50%. This system is environmentally friendly because the NOx emission is 4 ppm (O2=16%).
