Outline

We are developing a highly selective and sensitive methane sensor which can detect a small amount of methane leakage.

Characteristic

Our highly selective and sensitive methane sensor has two great features. First, the sensor is little affected by interference gases like alcohol or LPG. Second, the sensor can detect methane of low concentration, that is about 10 ppm. These features are achieved by an integration of our thin-film-sensor technology and our catalyst technology.

Future Tasks

We are making good use of the sensors from the production to utilization of city gas.
