Flexible residences to suit various lifestyles
To create residences that suit the individual residents' needs and lifestyles,
the design and construction of the NEXT21 building was based on a two-stage supply
system. In this system, the main structural parts, such as pillars, beams and
floors that last a long time and constitute property, were treated as one group,
and interiors that are relatively short in service life and need to meet the needs
and taste of the people who live there were designed separately. In NEXT21, 14
residence units offer new and enhanced living environments proposed by Osaka Gas,
and four units were designed together with the residents. NEXT21 ensures maximum
comfort to support various types of lifestyles. |
