Moving Process

When you move home within Osaka Gas service area, please contact us via Residential Customer Form (click the link at the bottom of the page) with checks in both boxes of “Starting Service” and “Stopping Service”, and you will be contacted by us either via email or phone and asked to provide the following information.

Account Information
• Name of contractor/applicant
• Address where gas service will stop
• Account number (when applying online)
• Primary contact telephone number
• Current payment method
• Last 4 digits of your credit card number
Current Address Information
• Address where gas service will stop
• Your preferred service stop date
• Current address building type (detached house, condominium, apartment, etc.)
• Your preferred service time window (if you need to be present)
Please choose from the following time windows: 9:00-12:00 / 13:00-15:00 / 15:00- 17:00 / 17:00-19:00 (not available for Sundays or holidays)
New Address Information
• Address where gas service will start
• Your preferred service start date
• New address building type (detached house, condominium, apartment, etc.)
• Your preferred service time window
