CSR Indicators

CSR Indicators aligned with the CSR Charter

In 2006, the Osaka Gas Group formulated the five principles of the Osaka Gas Group CSR Charter to ensure sustainable development through fulfilling our CSR. In 2009, following establishment of the “Field of Dreams 2020,” the Long-term Business Vision and Medium-term Business Plan, Osaka Gas set the CSR Indicators, that are key performance indices (KPI) aligned with CSR Charter, to fortify achievement of its business plan.
These indicators are meant to be standards for evaluating the targets and achievements of each of the principles. The opinions of external stakeholders were taken into account in identifying these indicators.
The Osaka Gas Group is working to expand its activities beyond the indices and this report includes information on newly released and expanded activities.
