Osaka Gas to Study a Pipeline Extension

Osaka Gas announced today that it would conduct a feasibility study on an extension of a high-pressure trunkline stretching from the company's Himeji LNG Terminal towards Okayama City . The study is intended to identify economic and technical feasibility of a major pipeline to serve natural gas demand among industrial users en route with higher needs of environment-friendly energy sources.

The study on a potential west-ward pipeline extension will be launched with an initial collection of market data, followed by an analysis of economics and technical details.
