Osaka Gas to buy back its shares

Osaka Gas announced today a plan of buying back its shares for retirement. According to the plan, the company will buy back up to 100 million shares for the total of 30 billion yen. The plan is subject to the authorization at the annual shareholders meeting to be held on June 28.
