Osaka Gas in agreement with Sud-Chemie Group for partnership on catalyst development

Osaka Gas entered into agreement with Sud-Chemie Group, a German chemicals group, on the development of catalysts for fuel cells. The two companies signed an agreement on comprehensive business partnership on catalysts for fuel reformers for fuel cells, ranging from development and manufacturing to supply and marketing. A contract has been executed for a two-year period between 2002 and 2004 for joint development of next generation catalysts. �@
