Osaka Gas establishes a joint venture company with Kansai Electric
Osaka Gas announced today the incorporation of a joint business planning
company with Kansai Electric Power Incorporated.
The company, OG-Kanden Joint Planning Company, was established in order to
streamline the operations of the two companies and to make a positive contribution
to wide-ranging social issues including the global environment through joint
planning and implementation of business activities. Among the items being considered
for joint feasibility studies include the following;
- For business streamlining
weather derivatives
remote meter reading
overseas business
- For social contribution
utilization of technologies related to promoting urban greenery
utilization of technologies related to waste recycling
other community activities
